Head chef, Lorin Dagel, has put together a diverse menu summarized as American Continental cuisine with ethnic influence. The menu features dry aged meats, fresh seafood, brick oven specialty pizzas, superb soups, salads, pastas and succulent desserts. The ingredients used in our entrees include fresh fish flown in daily, Certified Angus Beef, Smart Chicken, and seasonal produce to present quality, flavorful dishes for our patrons to enjoy. Our seafood dishes are created with flavors to complement the palate. The use of our Wood Stone oven maintains high temperatures to seal in natural juices for our roasted meats and gives our pizzas a crisp, rustic flavor. Quality produce and ingredients are used to serve fresh original salads and unique Panini grilled sandwiches.
